Week 1

FOCUSING

Do you find yourself over indulgent with sweets, junk food, or greasy fast foods that you know aren’t good for you?

*To mentally shrink your stomach size to it’s normal size so that you are satisfied with smaller portions.

*How to mentally close the door on the desire for junk foods and to actually begin to desire healthy choices.

 

Week 2

Healthy Choices

Do you talk about exercising, but somehow never get around to it?

Do you find yourself eating by the clock rather than listening to your body?

Do you suffer from low-energy, pms, stress related symptoms and poor eating habits?

 

In week 2 you will learn. . . .

*How to FOCUS your mind to achieve motivation for exercise.

*The “Hunger Level,” a powerful tool to control stress eating.

*To take control of your life with healthy choices.

 

Week 3

Eliminating Stress-Eating

*Do you find yourself eating for reasons other than hunger?

*Do you eat for recreation when you are bored or lonely?

*Do you eat to “push down” feelings like: anger,guilt,fear,boredom,loneliness, or pain?

 

In week 3 you will learn. . . .

*To choose healthy recreation that doesn’t involve food.

*How to change stress-eating, through relaxation.

*How to “extinguish” the emotions that trigger off, “emotional eating.”

*To become assertive, choosing to eat according your own hunger level rather than to please others.

 

Week 4

Goal Setting

 

*Does it sometimes feel like there is “a part” you that sabotages your goals?

*Do you set goals, but never seem to follow through with them?

*Have you ever felt that you seem to “rebel” against yourself, much like a teenager does against a parent?

 

In week 4 you will learn. . . .

*To recognize “sub-personalities,” that may have undermined your success in releasing weight previously.

*How to set clear goals and to use the FOCUS technique to achieve them.

*To use positive affirmations to reinforce your goals.
