7 Path Self-Hypnosis®

In addition to the customized one-on-one sessions work, I offer every client the opportunity to learn 7 Path Self-Hypnosis® Self Hypnosis which is a great complement to the one-on-one hypnosis experience, but can also be practiced alone. It supports on-going mind-body-spirit health and wellness for life. 7 Path Self-Hypnosis® is unlike
any other system of self-hypnosis in that it not only adds positive suggestions, it also removes old subconscious barriers to successful living. It is like the ultimate anti-virus for the mind.

I offer this in addition to the session to those individuals who are interest in learning it.  The only cost is the cost of the 7 Path work book which is $15.00  in addition to the cost of your session.  

If you have an interest in learning 7 Path in a private class setting but do not want to have a hypnotherapy session that is also an option.  A private 7 Path session is about 30 minutes long and cost $50.00.   7 Path works very well alone as a personal growth tool or coupled with a hypnotherapy session.
