Who isn’t looking for the Magic Wand when it comes to weight loss?  The reality is there is no magic wand!  Quick fixes don’t get long term results.  They may get results, but ones that last?


The number one thing that must happen for healthy weight loss that is permanent is, you the individual who wants to loose the weight must make a commitment to your self.  No one can do this for you.  You must be willing to continually renew this commitment to self to keep moving forward and support yourself on the journey.


Once you have done that then you can begin to pull in your resources and support to help you on that journey.  Hypnosis can support you on the journey by helping you first create healthier habits that would allow your body to naturally release excess weight.  Then as you continue to renew your commitment to self you can support journey by acquiring better understanding of any resistance or blocks through the use of hypnotherapy so that you can then move through the resistance or blocks.
